What Is Applied Action?
Put simply: Applied Action is a training philosophy aimed at getting you results as quickly, and as efficiently as possible. If you want to achieve your physical goals in the most effective manner you can, then the Applied Action method is for you!
Who is the Applied Action method for?
Applied action is for anyone, any age, who wants to:
- Lose Unsightly Bodyfat!
- Put On Lean Muscle Mass!
- Look Better!
- Feel Better!
- Be Able to Do More, and do it Better! Whether in sports, or day to day life!
Where are you based?
Portman Square, London, England, in a well kitted out private member's gym only 5 minutes walk from Marble Arch station.
What are your qualifications?
I am a REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer with a wide variation of additional supporting qualifications, from Nutrition through to Muscular Activation, that form the basis of the Applied Action method. A full list of my credentials are available upon request.
